DELIVERY POLICY

TIMING AND DATE

  • Earliest delivery will be the next 3-5 working days, from date of purchased and in Singapore timing
  • Our customer service will be in touch with the customer:
    • to reconfirm on the delivery date and time
    • if there are unavailable products (out of stock) or any plant quality issues that may cause the change of the delivery date.
  • Upon the agreeing with a confirmed delivery time, we shall be granted a reasonable extension of the delivery time, should we be in delay due to abnormal traffic conditions, adverse weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. (E.g. accident or nature causes)
  • Hawaii Landscape Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.

DELIVERY CHARGE

Standard charge within Singapore is at S$35 per trip with exception of deliveries to restricted areas listed in “Charge to Restricted Areas”

Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charge for the following restricted areas, due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into this area:

  • AREA 1 – S$50 to Marina Bay Sands
  • AREA 2 – S$20 to Sentosa
  • AREA 3 – S$60 to Changi Airport (post code 490000 only)
  • AREA 4 – S$20 to all Offices and Commercial district areas
  • AREA 5 – S$80 to Singapore expo 

Additional labour charge on haulage – Big Plants and large quantity items, we suggest making an appointment to visit our office.

Additional Charge During Peak Period

  • Please refer to the Delivery T&C’s that will be made available during the festive period.

Re-direction or Re-schedule of delivery

  • Customers can change ones (1 time) of redirection / reschedule time and date of delivery 78 hours after the purchased is made. Customer must call our customer service for this request.
  • Reschedule or redirect the location of delivery during the time frame of confirmed delivery day itself, while the delivery is already on the way, the current charge will not be refund. Thus, reschedule another time and date will occurs a new charge. 
  • In the event the order is cancelled by client, after delivery has been attempted, refund will not be applicable by all means

OTHER SERVICE:

  • Please Note that we only deliver upon the doorstep of customer’s premises or offices on same level of premises ONLY. 
  • For service to carry product up or downstairs of premises (no lift access areas), extra surcharge S$60     will be imposed

SELF COLLECTION

  • Customer may choose to self-collect the order (with no delivery charges) at our retail at Hawaii Landscape Address: 559 Thomson Road Singapore 298182.
  • Collection can be made from Monday – Sunday between 10am – 6pm or 48hours (2 working days) from confirmation of orders.
  • We suggest our client to call our office at (+65) 2513963 to confirm on the time and date.
  • Please produce your printed or mobile email order confirmation during the collection.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently we ONLY do delivery within Singapore

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Once the product is ordered and confirmed on payment gateway, unfortunately we do not have cancellation nor refund policy

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

Replacement: 

  • Subjected only to faulty product sold or we have delivered the incorrect items to our customers (online customers) by accident. 
  • All other conditions delivered, deemed beyond unacceptable, please send us photo of the plants received within 24 hours to our customer service. Hawaii Landscape Pte Ltd reserves the right to evaluate for replacement
  • Replacement will be arranged by our customer service, customer will be informed on date and time, (depending on the availability of the product)

Exchange:

  • Customer needs to call us within 24 hours after product has been delivered and accepted to qualify for exchange term.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and resaleable condition.  Hawaii Landscape Pte Ltd reserves the right to inspect the condition of the products before exchanging.
  • Exchange will be subjected to the availability of the product
  • We will exchange products with the same or equivalent value or more if the product exchange is higher value, the customer will have to pay for the price differences. If the product exchange is lesser value, the balance amount will not be returned. 
  • Exchange will be allowed once (1 time) ONLY
  • Please provide the copy of the receipt

All products that is received, accepted after 24 hours, no replacement or exchange policy will not be applied anymore.

IMPORTANT: We urge customer to always check on the product, before signing the document as a consent of acceptance.
